European AI specialist ML6 and Anthropic are cooperating to support businesses in the productive deployment of Claude language models – focusing on integration into existing systems rather than isolated pilot projects.
ML6 brings experience from several hundred AI projects across various industries into its partnership with Anthropic. The goal is to support enterprises not only in pilot projects, but to sustainably integrate AI solutions into existing business processes and IT landscapes. The collaboration initially addresses markets in the Benelux region and German-speaking countries, with planned expansion to additional international markets.
A key focus lies on anchoring AI in existing enterprise environments. This concretely encompasses automation of customer service processes, internal knowledge management, AI-powered decision support, and agentic workflows in which AI systems independently execute multiple work steps. The solutions are designed not to stand in isolation, but to be continuously connected with existing data sources, enterprise platforms and workflows.
Both partners emphasise security and control as central aspects. Anthropic is working on methods for better controllability and evaluation of large language models, while ML6 pursues an approach focused on transparency, traceability and regulatory compliance. This should enable enterprises to gain performance without compromising data protection requirements and responsible AI deployment.
Primary target sectors are those with high compliance demands: financial services, insurance, energy supply, public administration and life sciences.
