Background sessions that accepted a plan now show their name in the agent view, and sessions in git worktrees load correctly after a restart from the agent list. Deep research runs no longer label fetch phase agents as “unknown” and instead display the source hostname.
Security and integration fixes include a shell injection vulnerability in plugin hooks, where ${user_config.*} in shell form commands is now rejected, as well as indefinite hanging on Windows due to stalled AWS credential resolution. The /usage-credits input now validates values correctly and requires typed confirmation for amounts over $1,000 USD.
