Claude chats exposed via Google search indexing

Anthropic has since removed the affected chats from Google’s index and implemented measures to prevent future indexing. Nevertheless, the question remains unclear as to what data was actually retrieved and potentially archived. Affected organizations should verify whether their own Claude chats were accessible via the mentioned search operators and accordingly reassess their sensitivity regarding data handling in cloud-based AI tools.
